The concept and significance of seismic support:
Building electromechanical seismic support refers to the support system in which the mechanical and electrical pipelines and other facilities are firmly connected to the building body that has been seismically designed to strengthen the overall stability of the structure, and the courage to bear the seismic force is the main support system in the engineering structure. It is divided into vertical support and horizontal support.
Scope of application
According to the National Code for Seismic Design of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Construction, the equipment over 1.8KN that needs to be seismically fortified should mainly include the following:
1. Equipment with gravity greater than 1/8KN in the suspended pipeline;
2. Domestic water supply and fire-fighting piping system above DN65;
3. The air duct system with a rectangular cross-sectional area greater than or equal to 0.38m2 and a circular diameter greater than or equal to 0.7m;
4. For electrical piping with inner diameter greater than or equal to 60mm and cable trays with gravity greater than or equal to 150N/M, cable trough boxes and bus ducts.
System principle:
By calculating the seismic influence of electromechanical pipelines and equipment, strengthening the connection between pipelines and equipment and the mechanism body, and passing the seismic check calculation, all the force of the earthquake can be transferred to the mechanism, so that it encounters earthquakes of fortification intensity. After the impact, it quickly resumes operation and regains the use function.
