The inspection work of the first stage directly determines the connection quality of the bolts. The content of inspection at this stage includes: the processing and finishing of the joint surface, and the fastening method. Equipment process inspection can be said to be the key to inspecting the quality of bolts.
The inspection content of the second stage includes:
1. Use the hammer knocking method to check the bolts to see if there is any leakage. The specific inspection method is to clamp one side of the nut with a finger. The finger should be as close as possible to the part of the nut near the washer, and then only use a small hammer weighing 0.3~0.5 kg to hit the other side of the nut. If the finger feels intelligently Slight vibration, then the bolt is qualified, if the vibration is relatively large, then you need to consider whether it is missing or under-tightening.
2. Quality control and inspection of torsion shear bolt connection pair. Because the joint of this kind of bolt itself is relatively special, during construction, the bolt needs to bear the anti-torque, and the head needs to be twisted off, and the connection pair should apply the same torque. Whether the head is screwed off, the same diameter bolts should be used when checking.
In general, the quality inspection method of high-strength socket head cap bolts mainly has two stages. The first stage is to check whether the process meets the requirements, and the second stage is to check whether the bolts are well tightened.
